Advice before, after, and during cultivation

CERTIS PHARMA Sp. z o.o.

About the service...

We provide technical, operational, and strategic advisory services focused on increasing production efficiency — including improving yields per square meter, THC potency stability, and the quality of the final product. We support our clients in overcoming production challenges, optimizing processes, and reducing operational risk at every stage of cultivation.

What does increasing yields per square meter involve?

Increasing yields per unit area is the result of precise management of all elements of the cultivation environment. This includes, among others:

  • optimization of lighting intensity and spectrum to enable plants to fully utilize their photosynthetic potential,
  • maintaining stable climate parameters (temperature, humidity, CO₂, air circulation) that support rapid and healthy growth,
  • selection of appropriate planting density to maximize space utilization without compromising yield quality,
  • precise management of fertigation and growing media to ensure optimal nutrient availability,
  • integrated plant protection minimizing losses caused by pests and pathogens,
  • ergonomic design of cultivation zones enabling efficient staff workflows and reducing losses resulting from operational errors.

By combining all these elements, it is possible to achieve higher, more consistent yields while reducing production costs.

Our experience

Our team has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing indoor, greenhouse, and open-field cultivation. We support clients in areas such as:

  • horticultural lighting,
  • environmental control and climate setpoints,
  • pest, pathogen, and hygiene management,
  • plant propagation, including mother plant systems,
  • design and organization of all cultivation areas,
  • fertigation and water management,
  • selection and optimization of growing substrates,
  • agronomic practices (e.g. planting density, crop maintenance activities),
  • development of standard operating procedures (SOPs),
  • strengthening production teams: training, roles, responsibilities, job descriptions,
  • research and development in horticulture: design and supervision of trials, phenotyping, and process optimization.

Overcoming production challenges

In critical situations, we provide support in quick problem-solving, planning corrective actions, implementing on-site projects, and training personnel. We offer assistance in all areas of our expertise, including those listed above.
