About the service...

Our company offers comprehensive support throughout the process of bringing dietary supplements to the Polish market – from the initial concept and formulation to the successful submission of the product to the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) and the preparation of complete documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. This service is designed for both companies and individuals who have developed their own formulation and wish to legally market a dietary supplement in Poland.

The scope of the service includes:

  • Formulation analysis for compliance with food law, ingredient limits, health claims, and safety of use.
  • Verification of the product’s composition, form, and category (e.g., capsules, powder, liquid).
  • Preparation of complete documentation required for the notification of a dietary supplement, including:
      • specifications for raw materials and the finished product,
      • a label compliant with regulations,
      • manufacturer’s declarations,
      • quality reports.
  • Conducting the notification procedure with the GIS (notification of first placing on the market).
  • Support in communicating with regulatory authorities, including responses to GIS requests.

Poland is one of the fastest-growing dietary supplement markets in Europe. Demand for health-promoting products is growing year by year. The value of the dietary supplement market in Poland in 2023 exceeded PLN 7.5 billion, and forecasts indicate growth to approximately PLN 10 billion by 2027 (1).
